Shipping policy

·         Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.

·         "Any" packages that are returned or shipped with incorrect or missing shipping information selected by the customer during checkout will be subject to additional shipping charges for any corrections.

·         Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, Excluding holidays).

·          We primarily ship via USPS but we may use other carriers depending on the order size and designation.

·         We are not responsible for any lost packages with “No signature required” on delivery or any packages that show “Delivered” on the tracking status. We can put in a claim on your behalf, but it is not a guarantee the courier will approve it.

·         We do not ship outside of the United States. 

·         Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

·         Once an order has been shipped, Divine Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
