Refund policy

All orders are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please use USPS First Class Mail for any returns.

Once returns are verified, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number and further instructions on returning damaged/incorrect items. A copy of the invoice must be included in the package being returned with the damaged/non-damaged item including a brief description explaining the reason for the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer shipping reimbursements on returns for damaged items, but the reimbursement amount may vary. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Non-Damage returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee and shipping will be customers responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@divineboutique.org.
